Touching on the issue of effective studying, Manesseh Azure advised students to read more books of interest which are capable of boosting their understanding in wide range of topics.

In addition, the 2011 Journalist of the Year charged students not to rely solely on their books, but engage in extra curricular activities which are very important in opening great opportunities.

He stressed on the need for students of the Institute to set up personal blogs as well as inculcate the habit of writing everyday.

Answering a question on what students should do when losing ideas for writing, the 2014 Best Journalist in Anti-corruption maintained that, there are lots of ideas students can write everyday by becoming observant in whatever they do.

Mr. Manesseh didn't just end there, but also entreated students to be modest in their lives since it is the best tool in life.

The one-day seminar organised on Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Ghana Institute of Journalism was well attended by students, including key personalities such as Dr. Zanetor Rawlings and Umaru Sanda Amadu who shared their ideas on the theme for discussion.
